Make sure you are picking the right breed for your famiily.  Some puppies are puppies (or act like one) for all their lives, while others, after they pass the puppy stage, just want to be pampered.  Some require extensive grooming or have certain tendencies to health problems.  All of them require attention, time for training, and lots of love.  Make sure you are up to committing to whatever breed you choose.  A lot of the information, if not all, can be found on AKC's (The American Kennel Club) website.  Click on the link below:
